    I bought a T95-plus-Android 6.0-OTT-TV Box recently and I was informed that the updater in this model is broken? I don’t know if that is true or not, but if it is, I’d like to fix mine, but thought I’d ask for your advice first.
    I also have a MXq-pro-4K-Android 5.1-OTT-TV Box, and it has performed like shit ever since I got it, and I did purchase the firmware for it from a different site, not yours, but I didn’t know about you then and so…?…but the T95z has been doing some of the things that the MXq does, freezing, extremely slow even though I only have a few apps other than Kodi, throwing me out of apps, flashing like the box is going to turn off, but comes back on and turns off and comes back one again, like that about 3 or 4 times when it does, when ‘they’ do that I mean, so neither box is performing well, they both have their issues, the front led for the clock in the t95z at the very top are ‘out’ and so a 7 looks like a 1 and a 0 looks like a u, etc. However, I barely got the money together to buy the box, I can’t afford shipping charges all over the place because the boxes don’t perform as they should. This is if nothing else a big money making business because everyone has to buy “multiple” boxes or firmware fixes and this and that. No way should someone who has spent $ 100.00 on a new box, should then have to send it back, or get another on or, well you know, it’s not fair to customers to be pulling shit like that, not good at all. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if everyone stopped buying these boxes and go back to cable because I am spending more money since getting into this than I do for a cable bill. I’m spending ‘way’ more, anyway, I’ll get but that’s my story and I need help badly or I’ll just have to throw my boxes in the garbage and go back to cable??? I get upset and then I brag to people about how I can get all the old tv shows from when cable and/or tv was ‘Good’. Lost in Space, Gunsmoke, Rawhide, Starsky & Hutch, Streets of SanFransisco (forgive my spelling?) Kung Fu, The Twilight Zone, the old Star Trek, etc. So, I guess I’ll get for now and say thanks to you for any and/or all assistance you may give me.

    Sincerely;

    Cal Talbot
