Ulefone said on their blog that the video was just to show Ulefone Paris was OK with normal splashes of water, but they obviously have gone too far. Fortunately, the 2.5D glass and metal frame equipped phone survived the tests and it even kept on video recording in the pool. But Ulefone suggests people not do the same but be good to your phones. They say that the Paris is enclosed well enough so that you still have time to save your phone after such accidents.
In the end, Ulefone notifies users that if their phone get flooded, they better remove battery and shake the water out before looking for a repair shop to dry it.
