With the Be Touch 2 attracting considerable eye balls for the Ulefone brand name by all top-tier components and fancy features, the company will launch Ulefone Paris next week, a 5-inch device that is said to be both easy-to-use and balanced.
When Ulefone decided to make a less huge mobile phone for people more focused on handling, a 1080p display resolution once came to their minds. But in their opinion, a Full HD display had better worked with the MTK6752, and the two top components together would require a huge battery, which would be large in size and lead to a thick phone body. And a thick phone would deviate from their idea of making a easy-to-handle device at the very beginning. And they finally settled down with an HD resolution, which is widely considered acceptable for a 5-inch display.
As a consequence, a lower-speed meanwhile low-consumption MTK6753 chipset and 2GB RAM were adopted, which allowed Ulefone to employ a smaller battery with the capacity of 2250mAh. All these trimmings result in a delicate device that is both light and thin.
About OS, Ulefone Paris will adopt the stock android 5.1 with all new features preserved. The front and rear camera of the Paris will be 5MP and 13MP, respectively. The built-in storage will be 16GB, but can be expanded with 32GB micro SD card. Besides, LED notification will be resumed on the new phone, since its absence on Be Touch 2 was criticized by many users.
The Ulefone company has not officially announce the price yet, but we’ll see next week.
