This firmware did install and appears to work on my MXR 4K TV Box, Model rk322x-box. (previously it had 5.1.1) I love the fact that I can now use my SD Card as ‘internal storage’. Only issue I have found is the IR Remote will no longer work after installing and I cannot figure out how to get it working again. Other videos I’ve checked out states I would need to root the box, which I haven’t had any success as of yet because all rooting tools apparently stop support at version 5.1. Also I would need to find the ‘remote.conf’ file that matches the remote that came with the MXR. Good Luck doing that! I do have a friend who has the exact same box as I do but in order to get a copy of his boxes ‘remote.conf’ file I’d need to root his box also. One would think the ‘remote.conf’ file would be a basic file that comes in all firmware versions as these boxes come with remotes. So yes it works but you will have no remote function after installing it.

Bom dia!! fui estalar uma firmware na minha Box MX9 4K , e estalei a firmware errada , via USB. ela estava travando um pouco por isso formatei . o firmware certo era a RockChip RK3229 ..agora ela não liga mais fica só com uma luz vermelha bem fraca acesa e não reconhece no PC para eu colocar outra firmware certa . vc poderia me dizer se tem algum procedimento para eu recuperar ela ?
