Leagoo Z1 – A Simple Path to Change
Leagoo Z1, an affordable entry level smartphone. Leagoo Z1 is an Android 3G smartphone that features a standard look with a 4.0 Inch display that has a resolution of 800*480 pixels. A powerful MTK6580 chipset with a 1.3 GHz Quad core CPU lies within, alongside the basic amount of 512 MB of Ram and an internal storage of less than 4GB. The connectivity is the usual: 3G, 2G, GPS, and Wi-Fi, but also supports dual SIM standby. It also features dual cameras, one in the front (2MP) and one in the rear (3MP). Last but not least, the built is powered by a 1.300 mAh battery that offers a reasonable lifespan. It is worth mentioning that the Leagoo Z1 comes in four different “Flavors” for you to choose, the color options are: Titanium gray, silvery white, rose gold and champagne gold. All color presentations are aesthetically pleasing, bright and vivid. This ia the perfect gift, since the price is ridiculous and the overall quality is great.

Real Life Benchmark & Tests
In Antutu Benchmark 6.1.4 Leagoo Z1 smartphone achieves a good score, over 20.000 points. In Antutu Video Tester 3.0 Leagoo Z1 scores 603 points, a fair score in this test ranking. It played smoothly almost all video file types; this firmware version fully supports 11 video & audio format files, it partially supports 18 video & audio format files and doesn’t manage to play only 1 file.
Wifi Internet speed tested gets also pretty good values: over 26 Mbps in download and the upload speed was also over 23 Mbps. The router used in this test is Xiaomi Mi WiFi Router, mounted in another room.
Conclusion
The Leagoo OS 1.1 Lite on the Z1 is very smooth and very well customized operating system. Transitions, animations, apps switching and general OS fluidity is just great, I really like it a lot. During our tests, we experienced zero force closes, hangups or stability issues. Google Play and gapps are working without issue. Google Play Services updated no problem. 3rd party apps downloaded and updated without issues. When first connecting to WiFi we received a notice that an OTA update was available. The OTA downloaded and installed without any problems. The Leagoo Z1 is a great budget phone, with an amazing affordable price.
