Meet SmallRig S 60 Wireless Microphone
SmallRig S 60 Wireless Microphone S60 is the latest wireless microphone from SmallRig, blending Bauhaus design elements with minimalist geometric patterns to define its modern appearance, incorporating advanced IML technology. The button-sized microphone transmitter (TX), weighing only 7.9g / 0.27oz, offers excellent portability and stylish aesthetics for discreet wear. Featuring a laser direct structuring (LDS) antenna, it ensures stable signal transmission up to 300.0m / 984.2ft.
The SmallRig S 60 Wireless Microphone (White/USB-C Version) combines stylish design with high-performance audio capabilities, perfect for mobile creators seeking quality and convenience. The SmallRig S 60 Wireless Microphone 4706 is a compact and stylish microphone designed for professionals who need high-quality audio recording on the go. Its discreet, button-sized design ensures comfort and portability, making it an ideal choice for vlogging, interviews, and content creation.
Record two-person vlogs or interviews with your compatible Android or iOS device using the SmallRig S 60 2-Person Wireless Microphone System. The system includes two clip-on transmitters with built-in microphones and a dual-channel, plug-in receiver with a USB-C connector, which inserts into your compatible smartphone or tablet. Attach the transmitters to your talent using the magnetic back clips, magnetic pads or neck strap. An onboard button on the transmitters can toggle noise reduction with a single tap and mute with a double-tap. Controls on the receiver can adjust the 3-levels of gain. The receiver runs on plug-in power from your device and offers a port to charge your connected mobile device simultaneously. A built-in battery in each transmitter powers the unit for up to 11 hours at a time. The included charging case can extend that runtime to 40 hours.
The transmitters need to be charged in the case and the case itself can be charged using the USB C port at the back. The 4 lights on the front tell you how much power you have left in the case. Long press the button on the transmitter to power on or off. When on, a short press on the button switches noise reduction on and off. When it’s on, the light goes green. If you want to mute the mic, double press the button. The receiver part has 3 lights which indicate the gain level of the mic. 1 light is lowest, 3 lights is highest. You can adjust this by pressing the button on the receiver. The USB C port on the receiver allows you to connect a charging source to your phone while the transmitter is connected. There are 2 versions available, white and a darker colour.
The transmitter utilizes a customized highly directional microphone head to reduce electromagnetic interference and noise, delivering clear and pure audio recording. Built-in high-resolution DSP chip enables 48 kHz / 24-bit audio recording and supports one-touch DSP noise reduction for enhanced audio details and a wider dynamic range. The transmitter (TX) boasts an 11-hour battery life per charge, while combined with the charging case reaches nearly 44 hours, which is 1.5 times longer than similar products.
It offers user-friendly features such as a 3-level gain adjustment and convenient mobile charging support on the receiver. Additionally, it has a double-tap mute function on the transmitter. These features make it perfect for mobile filming and live streaming, providing a simple, efficient, and high-quality audio recording experience. Featuring a range of accessories, this microphone offers versatile wearing options such as collar magnetic attachment, neck hanging, handheld, and clip-on styles. Additionally, it supports the use of a windscreen that can be affixed to a silicone mount, providing windproofing and noise reduction benefits.
Overall, the SmallRig S 60 Wireless Microphone USB Type-C Version is a great choice for anyone who needs a high-quality, portable, and versatile microphone for mobile devices.
