ASUS Chromebook CM34 Flip Launched
ASUS launched the Chromebook CM34 Flip. Featuring an AMD Ryzen™ 3 7320C processor, WiFi 6 technology, and a long-lasting battery, this versatile laptop is well-equipped to breeze through everyday tasks anywhere.
Primed for productivity
Powered by the AMD Ryzen 3 7320C processor and 8 GB of memory, the ASUS Chromebook CM34 Flip is primed to deliver the performance and responsiveness needed to achieve incredible productivity. The built-in 128 GB SSD provides plenty of storage and quick access to personal files and folders.
“We’re thrilled to partner with ASUS to provide the Ryzen 7020 C-Series processors that power durable and multipurpose devices like the ASUS Chromebook CM34 Flip,” says Jason Banta, corporate vice president and general manager, Client OEM at AMD. “We’re excited to see the power and efficiency of Ryzen powered ChromeOS devices in the classroom, in the office, and in the hands of frontline workers.”
The Chromebook CM34 Flip also utilizes the ultrafast WiFi 6 technology to ensure stable signals and rapid speeds that will load online content in the blink of an eye. This top-notch connectivity is further boosted by exclusive ASUS technologies, such as ASUS WiFi Master for ChromeOS — ensuring greater speed, stability, and range to help users always stay connected.
With the amazing 13-hour battery life1 from a single charge, traveling, learning, and working without a charger won’t be an issue. The Chromebook CM34 Flip has the stamina to last for a full workday and beyond.
Standout style and immersion
To match its sleek design, the ASUS Chromebook CM34 Flip has an eye-catching Ponder Blue finish to deliver a warm and confident vibe. The three-sided, 14-inch NanoEdge display maximizes screen area, and a 16:10 aspect ratio provides a boost in vertical space for a more immersive viewing experience. This screen also offers wide viewing angles, which allow the image to continuously stay sharp. The device is also equipped with Harman Kardon-certified stereo speakers so audio output is crisp and clear.
Versatile, ergonomic design
The versatile 360° ErgoLift hinge provides the ASUS Chromebook CM34 Flip with the flexibility to function in a variety of modes, including tablet, laptop, tent or stand modes — ideal for browsing websites, completing tasks, and easily sharing content with friends and colleagues. Additionally, touchscreen enables intuitive interactions with the device.
The full‑sized backlit keyboard offers 1.4 mm key travel for a typing experience that feels natural, responsive, and comfortable. The inclusion of a backlight allows users to type effortlessly in dark environments from dimly lit cafes to aircraft cabins. The Chromebook CM34 Flip also includes an expansive, 5.55-inch touchpad that’s optimized to enable smoother, more responsive fingertip control.
Military strength and enterprise-grade security
With structural reinforcements to boost chassis strength, the ASUS Chromebook CM34 Flip is built to withstand everyday use. It also meets exacting US MIL-STD 810H durability standards, which are more rigorous and demanding than ever before.
To keep the device hygienic, the keyboard, touchpad, and palm rest of the Chromebook CM34 Flip are protected by ASUS Antimicrobial Guard. Also included are biometric security features that allow users to unlock the laptop safely and easily — just a quick scan over the integrated fingerprint sensor does the job.
A built-in FHD webcam ensures high-quality visuals for video conferencing. When not in use, the webcam can be easily hidden behind a retractable cover that’s designed for privacy. For additional peace of mind, the Chromebook CM34 Flip includes a Kensington lock slot to enable physical security where required.
The best of ChromeOS
The ASUS Chromebook CM34 Flip offers out-of-the-box access to Google Play2, complete with its rich library of apps, games, music, movies, TV, books and more.
The device also empowers uninterrupted automatic updates3 and benefits from built-in virus protection, seamlessly keeping itself safe, secure, and up to date. It’s also built around the rock-solid security of a personal Google Account, so users’ private documents, emails, photos, and confidential data are always kept safe.
Each purchase of the Chromebook CM34 Flip carries an offer to redeem a 12-month Google One4 subscription. The membership includes 100 GB of cloud storage to use across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos, plus many other perks that are shareable in a family plan.
