BGVP Astrum 2DD+2BA+2EST Hybrid IEMs Launched
BGVP has unveiled its latest multi-driver flagship IEMs, presenting the BGVP Astrum. Inspired by the essence of unexplored galaxies, nebulae, and vast space, Astrum features dynamic, vivid looks with its handcrafted ear shells. Each pair has a different look, a different texture on the shells. It’s not just about the cosmic-inspired design theme, but also the professionally designed acoustic architecture that makes the BGVP Astrum a solid pair of in-ear monitors. BGVP has featured a solid six-driver tri-brid configuration on the Astrum; the pair houses dual dynamic drivers in a coaxial horizontally opposed arrangement, dual Knowles balanced armature drivers, and dual SONION EST drivers on each side. BGVP Astrum is designed for audiophiles who seek musical, high-fidelity sound performance with an excellent design.
BGVP has equipped the Astrum with a six-driver hybrid driver configuration. As mentioned previously, the pair features a dual dynamic driver setup along with dual Balanced Armatures and dual EST drivers. We have dual 8mm dynamic drivers in a coaxial symmetrical opposed design for a powerful, deep-diving bass response. The midrange and treble regions are handled by dual Knowles balanced armature drivers. They deliver outstanding clarity, rich tonality for both vocals as well as instruments. Lastly, we have dual SONION EST drivers highlighting the ultra-high frequencies and showcasing a well-extended treble region on the Astrum. The drivers have a four-way physical and electronic crossover architecture that ensures seamless integration for each driver across the frequency spectrum.
BGVP Astrum is more than just technical brilliance; the pair is an artistic creation. Each ear shell features a handcrafted flower resin material build, making every pair unique in its textures and patterns. The look is inspired by cosmic galactic formations featuring stars, nebulae, and more. BGVP includes a high-purity 8-strand graphene ACOOL copper cable as the stock cable. The stock cable also has flower resin material for the Y-splitter and termination plug casings.
