Bluboo decided temporarily to add thickened Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on Xtouch
Bluboo Xtouch through a set of tests , and unfortunately found that the 2.5D glass screen isn’t solid enough to survive the drop.
After the engineers’ tireless research and tests, in 28th Oct, they finally decided to adopt a thickened Corning Gorrila glass 3 panel to protect the phone from accidental drop. The glass is customized to be 0.5mm thicker than the average corning glass so that it is sturdy enough.
