Here is some wrong informations. Image file size is not 647 MB but 1.4 GB and xnano X5 doesn’t have reset button unless you think power off button.
I do all steps of update process like you suggest but my xnano didn’t recognize img file at start. I also have enabled “use unknown sources” but file not starts at xnano starts.
I see install file with file manager but when I select “open with package installer” it says “There was a problem parsing the package”.
Have you any solution about it?
Hi,
like described, load the update and rename it. (1.4 GB)
copy on usb stick.
use usb 3.0 port to connect.
shut complete down the box.
use a thooth-pik to push the button in the av-out port and hold it pushed.
push on the remote control the power on button and hold them too.
it was needed to hold both buttons a bit longer time.
when the display comes with 00:00 you can release
the buttons and on TV you get showed updating process.
thats it then. after restart you have new android 7.x
