Hello dear sir Service, I bought 2 packs of brand new Zoomtak H8-Pro Quad Core A53, from electronics trade. my problem is, after switching on zoomtak, you see the word zoomtak on the screen and it doesn’t go any further, i already notice that the zoomtak device is started all the time, but it doesn’t go any further. I once factory reset the device but it didn’t change anything. many people say the device needs new firmware to install but I can’t find it anywhere on the internet to download and install. please help me, if there are no solutions then i have to bring the devices back, thanks a lot, Adrian from vienna austria
