DUNU x Effect Audio Presents DK3001 BD Limited Edition IEMs
As mentioned earlier, the EA edition DK3001 BD retains the nine-driver tribrid setup as the predecessor model featuring 1 dynamic driver, 4 balanced armature drivers, and 4 micro planar drivers per side, but introduces a new acoustic tuning philosophy. The pair has a new air-damping system, and it is combined with a dual 4-way frequency crossover(physical+electronic) that enhances the overall performance. It’s tuned to deliver a rich and dense sound profile with punchier lower-end, richer vocals, and smooth yet detailed treble region. Compared to the OG DK3001 BD, the EA edition complements genres like Movie OSTs, EDM, and Hip-Hop with its punchier and more dynamic lower end. Even for vocal lovers, the DUNU x Effect Audio DK3001 BD packs in rich and musical vocals that make those lyrics shine and share the emotional connection with the listeners.
DUNU DK3001 BD is already a spectacular-looking set with a unique cyberpunk theme design, ceramic-coated CNC-machined aluminium alloy material ear shells, and an ergonomic shape that promises a comfortable fit for most users. The EA edition also maintains that classy design with CNC-machined aerospace-grade aluminium alloy material cavities. They are further zirconium-based ceramic coating that gives each unit a smooth, textured finish. It now features a distinctive gold colour nozzle exclusive to this limited-edition variant. Accompanying the IEM is the Effect Audio Cadmus II cable, it is a high-purity 8-core cable crafted using UP-OCC silver-plated copper material wire conductors. It comes with ConX interchangeable connectors and a 4.4mm balanced termination plug. With outstanding craftsmanship, professional acoustic design by DUNU and cable expertise from Effect Audio, the DK3001 BD limited edition comes as a collector’s item designed for audiophiles.
