Elephone oversea aftersale service detail update
Elephone finally made it to provide overseas after-sale service through an authorized third party website which is still under built and will open on December 10th.
P6000Pro, P8000, S2, S2Plus, M2, Vowney P7000, M1, trunk, M3 & P9000 are confirmed to provide after-sale service. The estimated time for S2, S2 plus is on Dec 10th, while P6000 pro, P8000, Trunk & M1 have to wait till December 18th.
According to our one-year warranty policy, phones without artificial damage can be repaired for free.But first you should verify IMEI on the third party website and then choose one of oversea sites.There are four sites in plan at present: Tarragona in Spain,Moscow in Russia,Bruchsal in Germany and London in United Kingdom.
Other models that haven’t mentioned above will not be provided with reparation in our oversea after-sale sites. If users need these models to be repaired,please contact us directly.
