FiiO FH9 Latest Flagship Hybrid IEMs Introduced
FiiO has introduced its latest addition to the famous “FH” series of hybrid in-ear monitors with the brand new FiiO FH9. The “FH” series by FiiO features high-performance in-ear monitors with a classic Dynamic and Balanced Armature driver combination. FH9 replaces the FH7 as its flagship hybrid driver IEM, bringing us a powerful sound performance with seven driver hybrid configurations (1DD+6BA) on each side. It is loaded with their custom-developed 13.6mm dynamic driver with DLC Diaphragm. This Dynamic driver is tuned for exceptional lower-end performance producing a deep hitting soulful bass response. It is paired with six high-quality Balanced armature drivers from Knowles for high-resolution clarity throughout the mid and high-frequency range. FiiO has designed a new Titanium alloy cavity design for the latest FH9.

Flagship-Grade IEM Designed With Hybrid Driver Configuration
With over two years of intensive research, FiiO has designed the flagship FH9 with a seven-driver hybrid configuration per side. The pair has an in-house developed 13.6mm dynamic driver with DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) diaphragm material. It is tuned for quick and deep low-frequency response with ample punch. For unmatched midrange and high-frequencies, FH9 is equipped with six custom-tuned Knowles Balanced Armature drivers on each side. Together, this seven-driver hybrid configuration produces an immersive sound experience with a rich and detailed tuning profile.
2nd-Gen FiiO In-House Developed Dynamic Driver
FiiO FH9 is the brand’s first IEM that features their in-house developed 2nd generation DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon) low-frequency dynamic driver unit. They have redesigned its magnetic circuit from the 1st gen DLC diaphragm DD unit resulting in a 20% higher magnet density. It produces a strong magnetic flux to help the driver produce a remarkable lower-end response with the pair.
Premium Knowles BA Driver Setup
To complement the powerful DLC DD unit, FiiO has equipped the FH9 with six custom-tuned balanced armature drivers from Knowles. They have the trusted Knowles SWFK-31746 drivers for super detailed high-frequencies. For an elegant and rich midrange, they have partnered with Knowles to design custom-tuned BA drivers. They have specially engineered the shell to eliminate unwanted harmonic resonance effectively reducing undesirable sibilance in the output signal.
CNC Machined Titanium-Alloy Ear Cavities
FiiO FH9 features the brand’s next-generation industrial-grade design with premium CNC machined Titanium alloy ear cavities. They look simply magnificent with a rich and premium in-hand feel. The Titanium-alloy construction is extremely rigid and helps to minimize the unwanted harmonics and resonances in the output signal. Each FH9 unit is made with great precision using five-axis CNC machining processes.
Semi-Open Acoustic Design
FiiO has implemented their patented semi-open acoustic cavity design in all of their latest models including the FD5, FD7, and more. The FH9 also features the same. It maintains a balanced pressure relief between the front and rear cavities. This results in a natural sound with a comfortable fit suitable for long listening sessions.
Specially Designed Sound Tuning Filters
FiiO FH9 comes with three interchangeable sound filters, each filter has its own damping and filter density. They help adjust the sound a little bit, can be used as per the user’s preferences. The pair comes packed with a red filter for enhancing bass responses green filter for transparent and balanced sound, and a black filter for highly-resolving detailed treble sound.
High-Purity Pure Silver Cable With Swappable Termination Plugs
FiiO FH9 comes bundled with a high-purity monocrystalline silver cable with 9 branches of 28 wires each, for a total of 224 wires. Each wire is individually isolated. They are braided together in a Litz pattern. It provides ultimate sound signal characteristics with ultra-low internal resistance to the signal. It has swappable termination plugs with 4.4mm, 3.5mm, and 2.5mm termination plugs included in the package.
