How do i update R-box Pro? I downloaded the file and put it on usb key both zipped and unzipped and the update utility cannot find them. I then put them both in download folder and cannot find them there. Help Please!

I’ve had the R box in January and it’s just started crashing and locking up! Constantly locks up on start up. Will this fix it??
