HONOR Announces Strategic Partnership with ZXMOTO
Global AI device ecosystem company HONOR announced a landmark strategic partnership with ZXMOTO on April 8. Under this partnership, HONOR will serve as the Official Strategic Partner to sponsor ZXMOTO’s global campaign in the FIM Superbike World Championship (WSBK). This cross-industry alliance unites two fast-growing innovators dedicated to pushing the boundaries of high-end manufacturing, performance, and premium global experiences.
Founded by Zhang Xue, ZXMOTO has rapidly evolved from an ambitious startup to a formidable challenger against established racing powerhouses, driven by a holistic expertise in cutting-edge motorcycle research and development.
The partnership arrives on the heels of ZXMOTO’s historic breakthrough on the global motorsport stage. Last month, ZXMOTO became the first Chinese manufacturer to secure a double victory in the World SuperSport (WorldSSP) category at the Portuguese round of the WSBK.
The alliance strategically aligns both brands with a shared demographic of young, performance-driven consumers and tech enthusiasts. For HONOR, the partnership offers direct engagement with the motorsport community, complementing its own premiumization and globalization strategy.
Both parties expressed strong anticipation and aspiration for future technological collaboration. In a recent interview, Zhang Xue expressed strong admiration for the newly launched HONOR Magic V6, noting that its slim and lightweight design makes it exceptionally easy to use for his demanding professional lifestyle.
Moving beyond traditional sports sponsorship, the strategic partnership will serve as a foundation for deep, long-term synergy as the two brands embrace the challenger spirit and collaborate for global success.
