It’s finally here – the AUKEY Community was launched
That’s right, you heard it here FIRST. We’re kicking off 2020 in true style, as we’ve spent the last few months listening to all of you, from our friends in the U.S, U.K, Canada, all the way to Europe and even Asia
We’d like to proudly present, our brand new Community. It will be the new hub of AUKEY – bringing you all together in one place, to ensure you not only get the very best of AUKEY Customer Service, but you’ll also be a step ahead of the curve when it comes to anything new at AUKEY HQ.
So, what is The Community?
Well, it’s easy – we’ve built a brand new area, which includes our forum, allowing you all to express yourselves, telling us what you’d love us to develop, improve or simply, any suggestions you may have for us.
We have a dedicated customer support area, allowing you quick, instant access to product FAQs, but also round-the-clock support, that will answer your questions about AUKEY, warranty, products, events, you name it, we’ll get back to you.
But don’t worry, we’ve got MORE for you, such as our Testing Zone, where we want to get your feedback on beta products, that we’re thinking about producing. We aim to gather a die-hard group of AUKEY members, that want to help us, help you – giving us feedback on new products, the look, feel, dimensions, specs, key features, anything basically about our products. We’re a community-first company, and we want to give you exactly what YOU want.
Lastly, we’re offering ALL new registrants until 25th January, the chance to win a whole heap of prizes, that we’re giving away throughout the WHOLE of month – Wireless Earbuds, Wireless Charging Power Banks, Apple + Android USB Cables, High Capacity Power Banks, Car Chargers, Computing Hubs and more.
