LEAGOO M8 Pro with Dual Rear Cameras & 5.7-inch Display Coming @ MWC 2017
LEAGOO M series is set to get a new sleek smartphone which would make its grand entry at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017 in Bracelona. The LEAGOO M8 Pro, it is called, and it is a successor to the highly successful and affordable LEAGOO M8 which the company introduced last year.
The M8 Pro goes pro with the upgraded specs it features over its predecessor including a dual camera setup at the rear among others.
The specs of the LEAGOO M8 Pro is revealed to include a 5.7-inch Super HD IPS display with a 2.5D curved glass on top as well as a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 overlay for extra fortification of the display. The M8 Pro will be powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MTK 6737 chipset which would team up with a 2GB RAM. There is also 16GB of storage which can be expanded up to 128GB.
Perhaps, the most spectacular feature on the LEAGOO M8 Pro is the dual-lens rear camera setup it is listed as coming with, hence the slogan for the device which is “Enjoy Dual Camera”. The primary sensor is a 13MP sensor with auto-focus, and LED flash, while there is a 5MP secondary sensor which would likely be a depth of field camera. The M8 Pro equally packs a nice 8MP camera at the front for cool, crisp and clear selfies.
In other aspects, a generous 3,500mAh will keep the lights on in the M8 Pro and will surely keep it on for a long time. There is also a bass sound system onboard the mid-ranger as well as a a fingerprint sensor mounted at the rear which is touted as capable of unlocking the phone in just 0.19 seconds.
Further, the LEAGOO M8 Pro runs on Freeme OS 6.0 based on Android Marshmallow and comes with a Smart 4G capability as well as a host of connectivity options. The sleek smartphone will be officially unveiled at MWC 2016 where the price and sales details would be disclosed. But trust the M8 Pro would continue with the trademark of solid and high cost performance as well as cheap price tag with which the M8 series smartphones are known.
