Leaked News: Ulefone to Launch smartwatch Ulefone uWear
Ulefone will soon announces their magic-on-the-wrist, a square-designed smart watch that got its name uWear.
Joining the many phone makers who have expanded to the wearable technology industry, Ulefone will also announces their magic-on-the-wrist, a square-designed smart watch that got its name Ulefone uWear just one day ago.
The brand name came from a contest Ulefone held on its official facebook page, where over 700 Ulefone fans, UleFans as they are called, contributed all sorts of common and fancy ideas like Ulefone U-Watch 1, UleFone Constellation Star Watch, Ulefone Ontime, and Ulefone Delta. And uWear finally stood out for being intuitive, naturally associated with “you wear” or “ulefone wearable”, but not confined to a specific function.
Design-wise, the uWear is bluntly a mimicry of Apple Watch, with nearly the same face, back, frame, buttons, and wristband. It will visually make a perfect mate of Ulefone Be Touch 2, which happens to share the appearance of iPhone 6 Plus. What’s different is that the Ulefone uWear is not equipped with the Digital Crown as on Apple Watch, and according to Ulefone, the uWear will be much thinner than the Apple stuff.
Ulefone revealed that its smart watch was aimed at sports enthusiasts, so its imaginable that the gadget will provide some basic functions like pedometer and sleep monitor. And since it has a display, call reception and social media notification are also expectable, at least.
All specs and price about the Ulefone uWear are now kept secret but looking back to the company marketing history, we can predict they will be unveiled in a few weeks.
