Seems a pretty pointless box with only 1Gb RAM and single tuners aren’t really useful as you can’t carry out the most basic of function that set top boxes have been able to do for a long time, watch one program whilst recording another.
Twin DVB-T2 tuner with 2Gb RAM, 16Gb storage has to be the minimum and also would fill a gaping hole in the market because there is not a single Android box on the planet with Twin DVB-T2 tuners (or ATSC).
With the rise of IPTV boxes, combining the same facilities on an Android box would be a boon for millions, with having android, IPTV and decent OTA functionality that could replace many a set top box.
