MediaTek Dimensity 5G chips hit Europe!
MediaTek Dimensity 800 5G-integrated chip is now available in Europe, featured first in the OPPO Reno 4Z 5G.
Bringing the next wave of 5G smartphone experiences, the MediaTek Dimensity 800 powers super-fast performance and leading energy efficiency for premium 5G experiences.
Key features include; Comprehensive 5G connectivity with MediaTek 5G UltraSave technologies, MediaTek HyperEngine 2.0 gaming technology, MediaTek MiraVision display enhancing technologies and advanced and adaptable camera support. Four Arm Cortex-A76 ‘big’ cores up to 2GHz in its octa-core CPU, plus a quad-core Arm Mali-G57 GPU provide incredibly fast and responsive performance in everyday use.
The OPPO Reno 4Z 5G is available in either Ink Black or Dew White, and OPPO outfits it with a highly responsive, all-screen 120Hz HDR display. With a FullHD+ resolution, it’s fast, crisp and clear: ideal for movies, TV and games. Inside, the Dimensity 800 is partnered with a large 8GB of ultra-fast 2133MHz LPDDR4x memory and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage.
The Reno 4Z 5G mixes a large 48MP main camera with wide angle lens, mono lens and ‘vintage portrait’ mono lens, for vibrant photo and video options. The dedicated MediaTek AI processor inside accelerates the AI-camera actions, enhancing the photography and video results. At the front, the 16MP main camera is partnered with a dedicated depth sensing camera – and the Dimensity 800’s hardware-accelerated dual camera tech – to give you perfect portrait selfies.
