Meet the New Meross Bluetooth Sensor Series

Meross is expanding its smart home ecosystem with a new generation of Bluetooth sensors designed to bring sensing, automation and real-time alerts together in a more flexible and reliable system. The new Meross Bluetooth Sensor Series combines four multifunctional sensors with a next-generation Smart Hub, creating a Matter-ready platform designed to work across Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa and Home Assistant while providing long battery life, IP66 protection and practical automation possibilities for everyday homes. The new ecosystem is built around the Meross Smart Hub, which acts as the central connection point for the Bluetooth sensors while maintaining compatibility with existing 433MHz Meross sub-devices. The hub can connect up to 32 Meross devices, making it possible to gradually expand a smart home setup without replacing the entire existing ecosystem.

MS120 Hygrometer & Thermometer – More Than Temperature Monitoring
The new Meross MS120 Hygrometer & Thermometer goes considerably beyond traditional temperature and humidity monitoring by measuring temperature, relative humidity, dew point, absolute humidity and VPD, providing useful environmental information for everything from everyday comfort monitoring to plant care and more advanced home automation scenarios. Designed for demanding environments, the MS120 features IP66 protection and high-accuracy sensing, while its battery can provide up to three years of operation, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. With the right automation routines, changes in temperature or humidity can also become triggers for other smart home devices.

MS700 Multi-Function Button – One Button, Up to Nine Controls
The Meross MS700 transforms the traditional smart button into a much more versatile control interface, supporting up to nine customized controls while also incorporating real-time temperature and humidity monitoring. A single physical button can therefore become a flexible shortcut for different smart home actions, allowing users to create personalized control routines according to their needs. Whether used for lighting, scenes, appliances or other connected devices, the MS700 is designed to provide immediate physical control without relying exclusively on a smartphone or voice assistant.

MS420 Water Leak Sensor – Protection Where It Matters
Water damage can develop quickly, which makes the new Meross MS420 Water Leak Sensor particularly interesting for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, utility rooms and other areas where leaks can become a serious problem. The sensor supports leak, rain or drip, freeze and water-level detection, with adjustable sensitivity allowing users to configure it for different environments and applications. Its IP66 protection makes the MS420 suitable for locations where moisture is a concern, while its battery can last for up to four years. Combined with the Meross Smart Hub, the sensor can provide local alarms and smart notifications when abnormal water conditions are detected, helping users react before a small leak becomes a much bigger problem.

M220 Multi-Function Door Sensor – More Flexible Entry Monitoring
The new Meross M220 Multi-Function Door Sensor introduces additional flexibility by allowing users to switch between Door Sensor and Doorbell modes, making the same hardware suitable for different smart home scenarios. It can monitor doors and windows while also providing customizable smart controls and automation possibilities. With IP66 protection and up to three years of battery life, the M220 is designed as a low-maintenance security and automation component that can become part of a larger Matter-enabled smart home environment.

A New Generation of Meross Smart Hub
At the center of the new ecosystem is the next-generation Meross Smart Hub, designed to connect the new Bluetooth sensors while maintaining compatibility with existing 433MHz sub-devices. Supporting up to 32 Meross devices, the hub provides a practical foundation for expanding a smart home with additional sensors and automation devices over time. Connectivity is flexible, with Ethernet and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi support providing different options depending on the user’s network configuration. Matter compatibility further extends the ecosystem, allowing compatible Meross devices to integrate with major smart home platforms including Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home and Home Assistant.

Smarter Alerts Even When the Network Is Unavailable
One of the most interesting aspects of the new Meross system is its focus on local alarms and event-specific voice alerts. Instead of simply sending generic notifications, the ecosystem can provide clear alerts for specific situations, such as a door being opened or water being detected. Local alarms are particularly important for critical events because essential warnings can continue to function even when the network connection is unavailable, adding another layer of reliability to home protection.

Built for Modern Multi-Platform Smart Homes
The new Meross Bluetooth Sensor Series is designed for homes where different smart home platforms coexist rather than forcing users into a single ecosystem. Matter compatibility makes integration considerably more flexible, while Bluetooth communication and the new Smart Hub provide the infrastructure required for connecting multiple sensors around the home. The combination of long battery life, IP66 protection, multifunctional sensing and customizable automation makes the new series much more than a collection of individual sensors. It represents Meross’ move toward a broader smart sensing platform where environmental monitoring, water protection, door and window monitoring and physical controls can operate together.
