New BIOS for ASUS X299 Motherboards Will Be Released Shortly in Response to Intel’s Microcode Update.
Intel has released a microcode update for the voltage-based overclocking functionality to be integrated into the Intel® X299 chipset motherboards for the new Intel® Core™ X series processors (Intel Core i9-10980XE, 10940X, 10920X and 10900X).
ASUS will release a new BIOS with the updated Intel microcode based on the dates below.
