NVIDIA DGX Spark is now available
The GB10 leverages MediaTek’s expertise in designing power-efficient and high-performance CPU, memory subsystem, and high-speed interfaces to power the Grace 20-core Arm CPU. The GB10 delivers up to 1 PFLOP of AI performance to accelerate model tuning and real-time inferencing. Developers can work with large models of up to 200 billion parameters or use the built-in ConnectX-7 networking technology to connect two DGX Spark systems for inference tasks involving models with up to 405 billion parameters. The compact design fits easily on a desktop and operates efficiently using a standard electrical outlet.
This latest achievement is the culmination of a long-standing collaboration with NVIDIA to advance AI innovation across supercomputers, vehicles, IoT devices, and data center solutions.
