OPPO Find X2 may adopt ceramic rear cover design to bring you better hand feeling

Yesterday afternoon, Shen Yiren, vice president of OPPO, reveals on Weibo that OPPO Find X2 may adopt ceramic body design and he also implies that the OPPO Find X2 will be a ligher smartphone.

This morning, Wayne founder @ Monkey Dabo said that the advantages of ceramics are wear resistance and better visual perception. Xiaomi Samsung has used ceramics before. The premise of using ceramics is that they must be used on a light design basis, such as the Samsung S10, but it is very unwise for Reno to use ceramics, but it can be considered on Find X2.

Shen Yiren responded to this with a thoughtful expression, which seemed to mean acquiescence or consideration.

We know that one of the characteristics of ceramic material is that it will bring more weight, so the lightweight fuselage is suitable for the use of ceramics, Reno is not suitable for ceramics, because the weight of the fuselage itself is already very heavy.

Monkey Dabo says ceramics can be considered on the Find X2 and adds “you know”, which seems to suggest to a large extent that the Find X2 will be a very light phone.

On June 1, 2018, OPPO officially launched the OPPO Find X phone, which has been favored by many consumers because of its amazing industrial design and ultra-high screen share.

But some users complain that the weight of the machine, 186g, is heavy in their hands.

So this time, OPPO is likely to adopt a lighter design in Find X2.
