The Oppo Reno Z is one of the first devices launched with the MediaTek Helio P90.

Now available in China, with India following soon, this premium 6.4-inch smartphone offers an incredible pair of cameras: 32MP selfie-snapper at the front and 48MP, with fast f/1.7 lens, that can capture super-detailed and HDR shots at the back. Its AI-camera features allow you to intelligently tweak self-portraits from the high resolution selfie camera that’s nestled into the elegant waterdrop notch sitting atop the all-screen AMOLED display. The super-sized 48MP camera is paired to a 5MP secondary sensor used for background and depth when capturing Portrait shots.

The MediaTek Helio P90 inside incorporates an Arm Cortex-A75/A55 octa-core processor mix that clocks up to 2.2GHz. This is paired to an APU 2.0: an AI powerhouse that can generate 1165GMACs performance, breezing through any task, while also being extremely power efficient.

The P90 also combines in an IMG PowerVR GM 9446 GPU, twin-channel LPDDR4x – 6GB in the Reno-Z – and ultra-fast UFS storage, where Oppo offers either 128GB or 256GB storage options. For Gamers, Oppo has added its latest Game Boost 2.0 technology into its ColorOS 6.0, which is built on the latest Android 9.

The P90 provides the Reno-Z with dual 4G SIM slots, offering VoLTE/ViLTE with either data connection; in addition to Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5, NFC connectivity options and location services. The Reno-Z houses a large 4,035mAh battery with fast-charging using Oppo’s VOOC 3.0, ensuring the big battery can be boosted in no-time.

Oppo crafts the Reno-Z with a glass back, metal frame and an in-display fingerprint sensor. You can choose from four attractive color variants – Star Purple, Extreme Night Black, Coral Orange, and Bead White.
