OPPO – See You At MWC 2020 in Barcelona
Mobile World Congress has been the largest mobile event in the world. Since the outbreak of Novel coronavirus pneumonia, OPPO has been closely observing its development and impact.
When GSMA announced the event will proceed as planned, OPPO, after comprehensive self-evaluation and preparation, has decided to participate MWC 2020 as scheduled and present our latest product and leading-edge technology during the event.
OPPO always consider the safety of related stakeholders as top priority. Besides comply with the latest regulations of GSMA, Chinese Health Department and WHO, we will also conduct below measures, include but not limited to, for further prevention.
– Employees travel from mainland China to conduct self-isolation at Barcelona for 14 days, and make sure they have no symptoms before participate MWC event. In addition, all OPPO staff will conduct health condition report daily during self-isolation and at MWC event.
– OPPO’s press conference venue, meeting room, MWC booth, showcased equipment and shuttle transportation will conduct disinfection periodically.
– All staff and participant will be required to conduct temperature measurement and hand sanitizer before enter OPPO event. Mask will be provided if participants needed.
As 5G full implementation is set to begin in 2020 and given that MWC is the most important platform in the mobile communication industry, OPPO would like to demonstrate our latest technologies for user and client with full preparations.
The night is always darkest before the dawn, the weather is always coldest before spring. We believe 5G development will keep rolling, and technology will bring us a better world and better future.
