OUKITEL is Releasing a New Sports Rugged Smartphone Y1000 with Waterdrop Display.
In recent years, outdoor sports are becoming more and more popular globally. Outdoor equipment are emerging to satisfy users’ needs, among them are mobile phones. For outdoor activities, only rugged smartphones can make users feel ease as normal phones may be damaged by accidental rains or drops. The Y1000 achieved a super thin uni-body by perfect combination of TPU and PC+GF material, resulting in a super slim and thin body but still conform to IP68 waterproof, dust-proof and shockproof. The average thickness of the traditional tri-proof smartphones are normally around 16mm and the weights are around 360g, but the thickness of the Y1000 is only 11.2mm and the weight is just 212g. If you feel like holding a brick with traditional rugged smartphone, then it’s just like holding a stylish fashionable smartphone you use in daily life with the Y1000. No matter dor daily life use, sports or outdoor activities, Y1000 is offering you enough sense of safety.
The OUKITEL Y1000 come with a 6.088 inch waterdrop display with HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen is adopting Asahi glass for anti-drop and anti-scratch. The uni-body is covered with TPU material which is stretchy for drop-resistance. The back cover will have 6 colors: black, puce, light blue, violet, pink, red.
The OUKITEL Y1000 is a 3G smartphone, sooner it will have a 4G version Y1000 Pro. Y1000 is powered by MediaTek MT6580p quad-core processor and paired with 2GB RAM, 32GB of internal storage and an expansion slot for up to 128GB TF card. On top of the waterdrop notch conceals the 5MP front camera, on the back lies the 8MP+2MP dual-lens rear camera. The endurance of Y1000 is guaranteed by a 3600mAh built-in battery which will last for a whole day of an outdoor trip.
