RKM MK25 Amlogic S922X TV Box – a new player in the market
RKM MK25 comes with two WiFi antennas and it attracts attention its uniquely designed metal box that includes a front LED panel. Regarding your hardware we will be up to date with the Hexa Core S922X SoC, we have a good level of connectivity thanks to its WiFi aC 2T2R and Gigabit Ethernet. Also this model will have a specific version for digital signage that will include a firmware with support for screen rotation, on/off timer, RTC and HDMI CEC.
SoC, RAM and storage
The RKM MK25 includes the Amlogic S922X SoC, a Hexa Core manufactured in 12nm with 4 ARM Cortex-A73 processors capable of reaching 1.8Ghz + 2 ARM Cortex-A53 processors that reach 1.9Ghz. The GPU is an ARM Mali-G52 MP6 compatible with OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.0 that allows us to run powerful games like PUBG without problems. At the VPU level, we have the Amlogic Video Engine (AVE-10) processor with all kinds of HDR, Dolby Vision, Advanced HDR10, HDR10 +, HLG, PRIME HDR support and support for REC709 / BT2020 profiles. The RAM is 2/4GB DDR4 and the storage is 16/32GB eMMc expandable thanks to a microSD card reader that we have on one side.
Other features
As for wireless connectivity, the RKM MK25 has WiFi aC 2T2R with dual external antenna and Bluetooth 4.2 in its two versions. At the interface level we have a USB 3.0 port, another USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet connector, SPDIF digital audio output, an HDMI 2.1 and a 3.5mm analog audio and video jack on the perimeter of the plastic box.
