Samsung Galaxy A31, powered by MediaTek
The Samsung Galaxy A31 has launched, powered by the MediaTek Helio P65. This 6.4-inch smartphone features a striking Full HD+ “Infinity-U” Super AMOLED display1 that houses a large 20MP front-facing camera and on-screen fingerprint sensor.
The wide aspect ratio fills your screen with content from edge-to-edge, creating a highly immersive experience. Despite the larger size, it’s just 8.6mm thick and an ultra-light 185g.
At the back, the Galaxy A31 offers a quad-camera array with 48MP Main camera, plus three other cameras for Ultra-Wide, Macro and a dedicated Depth camera for portrait pictures. The P65 chip integrates camera accelerators, such a Depth Engine, Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS), Rolling Shutter Compensation (RSC) and a Camera Control Unit (CCU) for Instant AE; enhancing the results and bettering power efficiency in every picture taken.
Inside, Samsung has paired the ultra-efficient P65 chip with a gigantic 5,000mAh battery2. With this, the device lets you work, stream, and game for longer.
The MediaTek Helio P65 features two ‘big core’ Arm Cortex-A75 processors pumped to 2GHz, plus six efficiency-focused Cortex-A55 processors together, in addition to an Arm Mali-G52-class GPU for fast graphics capabilities. Samsung pairs it with 4-6GB of memory and 128GB of internal storage that’s further expandable via microSD card up to 512GB. Separate, dual 4G SIM slots provide fast internet experiences and VoLTE services from both connections for superior user choice.
