TRI TK2 Announced: Portable Audio DAC and Headphone Amplifier
TRI Audio, a sister brand to KBEAR is known for its premium earphones in the market. Their tribrid sets, the I3 and the I3 Pro have garnered a lot of positive feedbacks from the audio community. TRI has partnered with KAEI(a well-known audio decoder manufacturer from China) and released their very first Portable USB DAC/AMP, the brand new TRI TK2.
TRI TK2 houses a premium Dual DAC chipset featuring two high-performance ES9038Q2M DAC chips from Sabre Technologies. It offers a fully balanced architecture with three headphone output ports, 2.5mm+4.4mm Balanced and 3.5mm single-ended. TRI TK2 is extremely powerful with a tremendous output power of up to 1250mW which is more than enough to power demanding headphones with ease. It has dual Type-C input ports with a unibody aluminum alloy CNC body.

Dual Sabre Dac’s Producing Magical Music

Dual Independent Low Jitter Clocks
TRI TK2 adopts two independent 45.158mHz and 49.152mHz ultra-low jitter clocks. They provide high clock synchronization for the DAC chips resulting in clean output with ultimate resolution.
Fully Balanced Amplification Design
TRI TK2 features a tremendously powerful output with a fully balanced amplification circuit. It adopts highly-trusted OPA2132+ and TPA6120A2 amplification chips providing both Class A and Class AB amp modes. All the internal circuitry has gold-plated circuit boards ensuring true sound performance. TRI TK2 outputs up to 1250mW of power that is more than adequate to power demanding cans with ease.

Turbo Volume Technology With Precise Volume Adjustment
The volume adjustment is buttery smooth with a potentiometer volume wheel on the front of the TK2. Once you go over 60% on the volume wheel, TK2 automatically adjusts to high-gain mode making the device ready for high-power requiring earphones and headphones.
Supports Both Single-Ended As Well As Balanced Connections
TRI TK2 houses both single-ended as well as balanced headphone ports. It offers the users a 3.5mm single-ended, 4.4mm balanced, and 2.5mm balanced headphone output ports. Users can connect their favorite earphones with the TK2 with their preferred termination type.
Large Battery Offering Longer Music Playback
TRI TK2 packs a large 5000mAh battery that provides up to 9 hours of continuous music playback on the device. It supports charging while using via a separate USB Type-C port. TK2 supports different power adapters up to 12V in output power.
