How did Ulefone MIX Achieve the All-screen Design?
All-screen Ulefone MIX is coming soon. As its name suggests, the MIX model would feature a rather high screen-to-body ratio. Today we have for you some pictures of the upcoming handset. Let’s have a look.
As the photos show, the front panel of the MIX is just like a piece of glass. With nearly zero bezels on three sides around the display, the screen takes up almost the whole front panel, leaving just enough space for a fingerprint scanner. Removing the fingerprint sensor, the screen area of the MIX could be greatly enlarged. But taking user’s habit into consideration, we still keeps the fingerprint reader on the front.
Well, how did we achieve the all-screen design ? For starters, we minimized the earpiece and placed it at the very top of the handset, then moved both the light senor and front camera down below the display. It’s worth mentioning that we adopted a custom-made selfie camera which is 50% smaller than a normal one. Aside from that, we optimized the software to replace the role of the proximity sensor.
Checking out the photo carefully, you could also notice that the display on the MIX is very thin. This is because we adopts the advanced on-cell technology to make the screen as thin as possible. In addition, the on-cell display also offers higher optical transmissivity, color reproduction and faster response speed for more delightful viewing experience.
The Ulefone MIX would be officially launched at the end of this month and be available for pre-order in early October. By the way, its price for pre-sale would be highly unanticipated. Please stay tuned for our next update.
