UMi Plus Second OTA pushed
Recently UMi released a new software update for the UMi Plus, their current flagship.
Here is the Changelog of this second OTA:
Camera optimization: colors and auto-focus speed enhanced
Speaker volume enhanced
Minor bugs
The ROM has been pushed through OTA but if you want to flash the full ROM, you can find its SP Flash Tool release here, in the Umidigi forum.
Meanwhile UMi is working on the Android N update for UMi Plus, UMi Super and UMi Max, which are on an advanced stage of development.
The UMi Plus has a very nice build quality, it uses Helio P10 Octa Core processor, has 4GB Samsung RAM memory and 32GB (expandable) Internal Storage. UMi Plus uses 6000 series of aerospace-level aluminum materials, the screen size is 5.5 inches and uses a Sharp panel with 1920×1080 resolution and covered by a 2.5D arc glass. UMi Plus’ fingerprint scanner has an unlocking speed of only 0.1s. The front camera is a 5.0MP unit, the rear one is a 13MP shooter with SAMSUNG®3L8 PDAF sensor and pro-mode shooting, The big 4000 mAh 4.35V battery also support PE+ fast charging technology, thanks to the USB Type-C port.
