UMIDIGI A3 Renders Leaked out on AliExpress, Design and Specs Revealed
While the UMIDIGI A1 PRO proved to be a success in the first half of 2018, the consumers are now looking forward to the new generation product. If you happen to be sleuthing on the upcoming UMIDIGI A3, please pay attention to this：you no longer have to wait for its ultimate launch date to know its specs.
Based on the newly leaked renders on AliExpress at UMIDIGI official store, the new image shows that the upcoming handset will arrive with a 5.5-inch display, the dual cameras are vertically aligned on its back and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Volume and power button of UMIDIGI A3 on the right side of the handset. Like the A1 PRO, UMIDIGI A3 will be equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack. Different from the popular colorful mobile phone back cover, UMIDIGI A3 will come in two colors: space grey and gold.
According to the leak on AliExpress, the UMIDIGI A3 will have triple slots which contain 2 SIM cards and 1 dedicated MicroSD Slot. This is an significant progress for UMIDIGI and good news for such an entry-level phone, meaning you don’t need to sacrifice your second slot for SIM card on your budget phone. The new UMIDIGI A3 also supports dual 4G VoLTE on both slots simultaneously. The global bands’ phone is powered by MT6739 chipset, backed by 2GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage, so the dedicated MicroSD Slot definitely is needed for memory expansion, a great innovation from UMIDIGI!. UMIDIGI A3 will be powered by a 3300mAh capacity battery. As for the cameras, the UMIDIGI A3 will have 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel cameras on its back. Up front, it will have an 8MP camera that supports face unlock feature.
How about the design of UMIDIGI A3? According to the leaked info at official UMIDIGI store on AliExpress, it will have two-sided 2.5D curved glass on both sides, unibody metal frame. Unlike the Xiaomi Redmi series with back speaker design, the UMIDIGI A3 is equipped with a bottom box speaker and even has a LED notification.
UMIDIGI A3 will open pre-sale at UMIDIGI AliExpress official store on October 20th, the price will be at 79.99 USD. What do you think about this phone?
