UMIDIGI Bison X Series, the Newest Durable and Stylish Rugged Phone Series

UMIDIGI today revealed BISON’s new series, the BISON X series. BISON X series comes with two versions, BISON X10 and BISON X10 Pro, specializing in stylish phones and rugged phones respectively. The new BISON X10 series is expected to be launched in late September.


People need more durable smart devices that are rugged enough to deal with damage from daily life. Companies like Apple, Samsung and Huawei enhance their devices’ durability by using better materials and more compact structures but which increases the costs drastically. But UMIDIGI, a tech company integrating R&D, production and sales tries to find some different solutions. The company today announced their newest rugged phone series, the BISON X series which combines stylish design with rugged performance, not only can meet users’ needs for fashion looks but also meet the needs of working well in tough environments.

BISON X series is a sub-series of the company’s rugged phone BISON series, which is the first time the company tries to combine fashion and durability. According to the warm-up poster on their social media, the first-gen BISON X10 series will have two different appearances. The first one comes with a matte glass back with rubber cushions, presenting a stunning look that also has enhanced shockproof performance. Another one is more like a rugged phone covered by industrial rubber with reinforced cushions, but its design is more fashionable than the bulky and ugly traditional rugged phones.

In addition, as the newest rugged phone series of the company, the BISON X10 and X10 Pro absolutely support IP68 & IP69K rating resistance. The whole specifications of the BISON X10 series still need to be revealed, but it is expected to be launched in late September.
