UMIDIGI One: Iphone X-like Glass Back, Supports Global LTE Bands
The UMIDIGI One would be the first international smartphone from UMIDIGI, a leak reveals.
The UMIDIGI One could become even more interesting than we initially thought, especially for international customers. All the news goes back to a source in UMIDIGI. Claiming their company have made a few technical breakthroughs.
The most exciting news is that UMIDIGI One allegedly supports 36 global bands and more than 21 international LTE bands (move down to see details). Also, a better 4G Internet support for European countries is available.
Another surprising news worth mentioning is that UMIDIGI ONE has CE and FCC certifications in back, which means UMIDIGI gets official permission and is allowed to enter the American market.
Since its phone can be used in more countries, UMIDIGI is suspected to expand its territory towards America, Indian, Canada, Australia, Brazil, etc., UMIDIGI users will experience the supreme phone worldly, and carrying UMIDIGI smartphones around the world without band bother will soon come true.
Here’s the breakdown of the LTE bands supported by the UMIDIGI ONE:
GSM(2G):GSM850/GSM900/DCS1800/PCS1900
CDMA 1X: BC0/BC1
WCDMA(3G):Band1/2/4/5/8
EVDO:BC0/BC1
TD-SCDMA:B34/39
LTE-FDD(4G):Band1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/25/26/28A/28B
LTE-TDD(4G):Band34/38/39/40/41
Our source not only mentioned the global band, but also implied that UMIDIGI One will have iPhone-X like glass back render. Along with the formerly leaked notch screen Z2, it seems that UMIDIGI is fully prepared to make some noise. Let’s expect more news in the coming months.
One last question, on the back cover the “1” is a fingerprint unlock or just a logo? Please share your guess with us on comment.
If you feel reluctant to wait, UMIDIGI S2 Lite would be a good choice (a budget smartphone with facial recognition function, 18:9 display and 5100mAh big battery), now they offer UMIDIGI S2 Lite opening sale at Gearbest.com.
