The powerful Homatics Box R 4K Plus now supports Android version 14.8.2463. This update brings improved performance, smoother visuals, and better compatibility with the latest apps and smart home features.
Dongle G 4K – Get the Latest Version 14.7.2604
The sleek and compact Homatics Dongle G 4K can now be upgraded to Android version 14.7.2604, ensuring faster performance, bug fixes, and improved app compatibility.
Available Version:
– Box R 4K Plus: Android 12 (v7954), Android 14 (v1782, v2463);
– Box R 4K: Android 12 (v6213);
– Box R 4K lite: Android 12 (v6017);
– Box R HD: Android 11 (v6249);
– Dongle G 4K: Android 11 (v6305), Android14 (v2602);
🔄 How to Update to the Latest Software Version
To request the latest update, please send the following information to our support team:
– Device model (e.g., 4K+/4K/Lite/Dongle)
– Previous software version (Go to Settings > Device > About)
– Serial Number (SN) – found on the bottom of your device (starts with “GZ”)
If your device does not update automatically, go to Settings > Check Update to manually search for available updates.

Important Notes
– OTA upgrades cannot be downgraded.
– Due to Google’s certification requirements, uncertified versions are not available via OTA.
