Find My Bike Story
Thanks to GPS, an eSIM and “Find My Bike” technology, this e-bike offers the best anti-theft protection of the decade.
“In my entire 20 years in this job, I’ve never seen a bike recovered like this,” said a Las Vegas police officer.
Bicycles – and e-bikes in particular – are very attractive prey for thieves. In almost every case of bicycle theft reported to the police, the bicycle was never found. Til today.
With Urtopia, the smartest of all e-bikes, you finally get a bike you will never lose. What happens (to your bike) in Vegas doesn’t have to stay in Vegas.
Never trust a brand that only promotes their own claims. Look for brands that have real testimonials from real customers.
You will surely like the following customer reports.
David, Jeff and Frank, three Urtopia customers in the US, all experienced the same situation: their e-bikes were stolen. Luckily, thanks to Urtopia’s anti-theft feature and intelligent GPS tracking system, they got their bikes back. Our tracking system continuously monitors
your bike’s position and movement and records all of this in the Urtopia app. And it was precisely this easy-to-use app that helped them find and retrieve their bikes.
Your bike is never truly lost with Urtopia: David’s story.
Although the above true story reads like a Hollywood movie, it was a real adventure for David.
On a wonderful campervan trip with two Urtopia e-bikes strapped to the back, David and his family came back from lunch to find their bikes had been STOLEN. That would have been the end for most, but not for David. He opened the Urtopia app to track his bike’s movements through the anti-theft GPS tracking feature.
After a while, he recognized a pattern: whoever had stolen their bike was riding it around a Las Vegas suburb.
“I’m sure I’ll get my bike back,” says David.
After booking a flight and arriving at 4am, David used the Urtopia app to make sure his bike was in the garage of this house in suburban Las Vegas. There was no doubt.
The app connects to your bike via Bluetooth. As he approached the right house, he heard the app ringing, confirming that it had connected to his bike. He used the app to flash the headlights on the bike and sound the alarm.
After this confirmation, David called the police. When the police arrived, David finally found out about the adventures his smartest e-bike had had over the past few weeks. The residents had bought the bike off the street for no more than $400 (definitely stolen property).
The police officer was surprised. In all his years of service he had never seen a bicycle recovered in this way.
Thanks to GPS tracking and built-in anti-theft protection, David got his bike back and is happier than ever. “I would definitely recommend [Urtopia] to my friends and family,” he says with a smile.
There is no doubt that e-bikes are attractive prey for thieves. But this thief did not know how well the Urtopia was connected. It’s not a regular bike, it’s the smartest e-bike on the market.
Sneaky thieves, forgetful homeowners and a security measure that saves the day: Jeff’s story.
“I forgot to lock my garage door and someone snuck in.” Shortly thereafter, Jeff found that his e-bike had been stolen. But as we know, Urtopia is the bike you will never lose.
Jeff immediately contacted Urtopia. Our excellent support team helped him get the frame number of his smartest Urtopia e-bike and gave it to the police.
The frame number is also given in the Urtopia app.
Because the theft report required it, Jeff had to determine the exact location of his bike before he could press charges. And that’s exactly what he did with the Urtopia app. Using GPS tracking, Jeff monitored his bike’s movements and, after several unsuccessful attempts, eventually located his Urtopia just three blocks from a park.
“I drove there and saw the bike on the sidewalk,” says Jeff. He called the police and was able to repossess his bike 20 minutes later. More anti-theft protection is not possible!
Urtopia is truly the bike you will never lose.
The bike you will never lose. All you need is a little anti-theft “magic”: Frank’s story.
Frank had a similar experience as Jeff, but fortunately without anyone breaking into his home.
While Frank was shopping at a Target store in Mountain View, California, a thief took the opportunity to pick his bike’s lock and steal Frank’s Urtopia. Frank immediately called the police and emailed our support team to get his frame number.
He checked his app several times a day and used the Find My Bike GPS tracking feature to locate the bike. On a Friday the position data of the bike was displayed. Jeff tracked the position on foot. The bike was hidden behind some bushes in a park near a group of men seated on the steps of a local museum.
Frank then alerted the police for help catching the thief and finally got his smartest e-bike back in his hands.
3 stories, 3 satisfied customers, 3 times successful anti-theft protection.
Are you still wondering if you might lose your beloved Urtopia? That will certainly never happen – thanks to intelligent GPS tracking, anti-theft protection, a comprehensive app and a support team that is always by your side.
