Vernee will provide a 2-year warranty, shipment of Vernee Thor will be arranged soon
The presale of Vernee’s first smartphone – Thor came to an end already. And Vernee also published the data of pre-orders, the shipment will be arranged before the end of April.
As a new brand, Vernee has more than just powerful R&D capability. It is reported that Vernee has planned to build oversea after-sale service network long ago to provide reliable customer service.
And it will be launched in May officially.
Warranty Provisions:
1.The Warranty will be applicable for 2 years;
2.In the first year we provide free maintenance services; in the next year, we provide paid maintenance;
Service covers the below countries at the beginning:
Russia, Spain, German ,UK, France and USA
