VIVO Y97 Smartphone, Powered by MediaTek Helio P60
The beautiful VIVO Y97 features an incredible 6.3-inch display that covers over 90% of the front surface. It’s tiny teardrop houses the front-facing camera, while the pin-sharp Full HD+ resolution, 19:9 ratio display gives vibrant views of movies, streaming TV and tons of space for apps, games or productivity.
Available in incredible colors such as Starry Night, Nebula and Pink, and with gently curved rear edges that make it easier to hold, the Y97 imbues an exquisite sense of style and thoughtful design throughout.
At its heart the MediaTek Helio P60 beats with four high performance, 2GHz Arm Cortex-A73 processors, four power efficient 2GHz Cortex-A53 processors, a fast ARM Mali-G72 series GPU and a powerful dual-core AI processing unit (APU) capable of class-leading 280GMAC/s.
Altogether this array of high-spec hardware is controlled and balanced by MediaTek exclusive CorePilot 4, which manages task scheduling, user experience and thermals to always ensure a sustainable high performance and the best experience, even when playing the most demanding games for hours on end.
The VIVO Y97 has AI-enhancements abound, with its JOVI AI personal assistant throughout the Funtouch 4 OS; and specific enhancements like facial recognition unlocking, AI-beautification and bokeh effects on the cameras. This selfie-focused smartphone has a 16MP front facing camera, plus a gently elevated and gold rimmed 16+2MP dual camera array at the back. The power of the P60’s dual-core AI engine and MediaTek NeuroPilot control can be seen in the real-time AR enhancements that add cute overlays and lots of fun to taking pics, shooting video or streaming voice or video calls to friends.
The Y97 packs in 4GB of LPDDR4X memory, 128GB of storage and up to 256GB of extra space via MicroSD card that has its own dedicated slot. Fast 4G LTE with dual 4G SIM cards gives consumer flexibility to data connections, and enables advanced features like VoLTE or ViLTE. MediaTek TAS 2.0 smart antenna technology ensures you can hold the phone anyway you want to as the clever tech automatically switches between internal antennas to provide the best possible connection while using the minimum of power.
