Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 says: I only know your face!
This is true! Xiaomi officially announced that it will release its Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 tablet PC on June 25 with AI face recognition technology.
The company released a poster showing Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 tablet PC, which will be released on June 25 with an 8-inch screen.
And other parameters, according to foreign media XDA fact, Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 will carry Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor, aspect ratio is 18:9, pixel density is 320ppi, and the specific screen resolution hasn’t released for the time being.
In addition, Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 tablet PC will also adopt 13MP + 5MP dual rear cameras, built-in 6000mAh battery, and run a deeply customized MIUI 9 system based on Android 8.1. According to the latest poster, Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 will support AI face recognition function as well as the latest Xiaomi phone.
Currently, because very few tablet PCs support face recognition function, so the AI face recognition feature could be a major selling point for Xiaomi Mi Pad 4.
Considering the location, Xiaomi Mi Pad 4’s face unlock should be through the software algorithm, it is unlikely to add hardware support like Xiaomi Mi 8 did, but for larger size tablet, face recognition is more convenient than the traditional fingerprint identification.
