this update says for wi fi chip set 3155 50r but i have just received a unit with android 10 using rtl8822cs – is there an update path to andriod 11 for this unit

I have this unit A95x F4 with the Android 11.
I have problem the system constant ” version Google play service” is empty. Should be a version number and built number. So my streaming service refuse working. I cant find anywhere who is making this box only the number. Nothing on box. Would be great communicate directly with there support
