    i have downloaded your usb burner tool but it will not load the firmware for my H96PRO+ TV BOX.
    it keeps not loading saying get file error. i have followed all the steps but drew a blank.
    my box is the h96 pro+ with the s912 chipset and ram 3gb plusrom of 32gb operation system android of 7.1 the reason i am trying to do a new firmware is to fix a wifi problem in the box.
    can you help to sort out what is stopping the firmware update from happening.
