Hello, I keep trying to update my mx9 pro but it wont work i tried extracting the zip file and i put the update.zip on the root of the SD card and its says installation aborted i also formatted my USB to FAT32 and its the same results. I also downloaded RKBatchTool-v1.8 and tried that method but it says load firmware failed so i extracted the update.zip file and found a few .IMG files and tried those and nothing it still says load firmware failed, i also tried changing the file type of the update.zip to update.img and nothing, i have the mx9 pro 4+32GB. Please help and thank you for your time

Why not to upload an *.img as always??
My MX9 PRO has 7.1.2. I am trying to update to Oreo 8.1. Unfortunately, the Oreo 8.1 is NOT in *.img. As a result I can not use the RKBatch Tool.
After running Upgrade.zip
Installation Aborted (Status 7) E1001: Failed to update system image. Error in /mnt/usb_storage/update.zip
