Hi-Fi Sound Quality Experience
Equipped with the dual CS43131 DAC chips from Cirrus Logics the DC04 provides a drastic improvement over the stock smartphone output. It can decode PCM up to 32Bit/384kHz and DSD up to DSD256 natively. CS43131 is a high-performance DAC chip with low power consumption and low heat generation. They operate smoothly consuming very low power from the source device. The DAC chips are arranged in a balanced manner(one for each channel) to provide the best sound quality experience for its users.
Pentaconn 4.4mm Headphone Output Port
To use your high-end headphones with your smartphones, iBasso has equipped the DC04 with a fully balanced 4.4mm headphone jack that supports the Japanese Pentaconn plug. A 4.4mm offers a robust and sturdy connector as compared to the traditional 2.5mm and 3.5mm connectors.
Tuned With Perfection
The iBasso DC04 is tuned to provide an outstanding musical experience. It has a Signal to Noise Ratio(SNR) of 133dB, ultra-low distortion ratings of around 0.00032%. The output is rich with clarity and offers a pitch dark noise-free background.
Powerful Output
The iBasso DC04 has an output power of up to 195mW @ 32Ω of load. Even at 300Ω of load, DC04 has an output power rating of 4Vrms. It outputs enough juice to power up your headphones on the go without any trouble.
Precise Volume Adjustment With Custom Application
The DC04 has humongous output power(4Vrms at 300Ω), iBasso has written a custom application to allow precise volume adjustment with up to 64 levels of volume. With super-low output impedance of just 0.12Ω and precise volume adjustment, the DC04 can also be used with sensitive IEMs and headphones.
