Yinlvmei W1s, Upgraded & Optimized Windows Music Player System
hile most of the high-resolution players in the market are either based on Android or Linux-based operating systems, Yinlvmei is continuing with their special Windows Music players. Today, Yinlvmei has announced an upgraded variant for the famous W1 Windows 10 music player, meet the brand new Yinlvmei W1s.
W1s comes as an optimized and updated version of W1. W1 originally had AKM flagship AK4499 DAC chips, the latest W1s is loaded with flagship-grade ESS9038Pro ESS Sabre DAC chip. It features six OPA1612 opamps in the I/V conversion filter with two OPA1612 in the LPF circuit. The main Amp stage has custom-designed opamp architecture consisting of four custom OPAmps and four LME49600 chips. W1s is capable of providing a powerful 1.5W output power through the balanced 4.4mm headphone output port. W1s is powered by an Intel X5 Z8350 processor that delivers a lightning-fast user experience.

Flagship-grade Performance With ESS Sabre DAC Chipset
Yinlvmei W1s adopts the power of ESS Sabre DAC chipsets for audio signal decoding. It has ESS9038Pro DAC chip that supports high-resolution audio signal decoding with ultra-low distortion and high SNR ratings. It supports PCM decoding up to 32-Bit/ 384kHz PCM and up to DSD256 natively. In short, you will be carrying an all-in-one high-resolution decoding player in the form of W1s.
Powerful Amplifier Stage With Four Level Gain Modes
Yinlvmei has designed a clean and powerful amplifier stage with six OPA1612 opamps in the I/V conversion filter and two OPA1612 in the LPF circuit. The main amp stage utilizes four custom OPAMPS paired with four LME49600 chips for extremely clean and distortion-free signal amplification. W1s has four-level gain modes that allow the users to use both sensitive as well as demanding IEMs/Headphones with ease.
USB Type-C Ports
All the USB connection ports are now upgraded to Type-C. With the Yinlvmei W1 we had 2 USB ports with one Type-C for charging but the latest W1s feature three USB connection ports, all three are Type-C connectors.
Analog Volume Control Replacing The Small Secondary Display
Yinlvmei has removed the small display that was on the original W1 model. They have now equipped the W1s with a analog potentiometer volume control that allows for precise volume adjustment without introducing any kind of noise or distortion in the output signal.
