Unique Melody Mest MKIII CF Edition 10-Driver Quadbrid IEMs News
Unique Melody needs no introduction among audiophiles. For the past many years, Unique Melody has developed some of the best-in-class in-ear monitors that outshine their competition with sheer performance. Today, Unique Melody, commonly referred to as UM has introduced its latest pair of high-resolution in-ear monitors, the UM Mest MKIII CF is here. Mest MKIII comes as a successor to the award-winning Mest MK2. The Mest MK2 got exciting positive reviews from the audiophile community worldwide. The new Mest MKIII is now here to live up as the new face of Unique Melody.
With a unique 10-driver Quadbrid configuration, the Unique Melody Mest MKIII packs four distinct driver types in a single-ear shell. This has been possible with the years of expertise of Unique Melody in developing multi-driver IEMs. The pair features a combination of dynamic driver, balanced armature driver, EST driver, and Piezoelectric based BCD driver. They are arranged in a five-way frequency crossover for uninterrupted sound performance.
The DD driver here produces a strong lower-end response, the crisp midrange is produced by two high-performance BA drivers and two BA drivers promise an open and detailed treble response. The four EST drivers deliver amazing clarity and extensions in the ultra-high frequency region and the UM Patented BCD driver unit is used as a support for the complete frequency response range. The pair has an extended frequency response range of 20Hz to 70kHz.
Unique Melody Mest MKIII features a dual-conduction system that is meticulously engineered to deliver top-quality sound performance with the pair. The Mest MKIII comes with a bunch of high-quality accessories including a high-purity 4-strand OCC Copper cable matching the color combination of the set. It also includes high-quality newly-developed liquid silicone ear tips and a premium emerald leather carry case. Unique Melody Mest MKIII CF is launched in two color options, Red and Blue. The Blue one is priced at 1919$ while the Red edition is priced at 2359$.
