MediaTek & Google to enhance gaming on Dimensity-powered Android smartphones
Optimizing performance and thermal management is essential for developing successful games on Android. MediaTek and Google have collaborated to empower developers with the capacity to fine-tune their games to achieve the best performance and thermal management on Dimensity smartphone chips, through fine-grained, real-time performance indicators.
By offering an optimized MediaTek Adaptive Gaming Technology (MAGT) SDK in addition to Android’s Adaptive Performance Framework (ADPF) on smartphone platforms such as the Dimensity 9300, it makes it as easy as possible for developers to integrate adaptive performance features into their games, while also reducing fragmentation in the ecosystem.
