Xiaomi officially unveiled Xiaomi XRING O1 3nm SoC, Xiaomi XRING T1 4G smartwatch SoC, Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, and multiple AIoT products to its domestic market.
During the launch, Xiaomi unveiled its first flagship processor, Xiaomi XRING O1 3nm SoC, and Xiaomi XRING T1 4G smartwatch SoC, marking a pivotal moment in its chip development. Xiaomi XRING O1, built on a cutting-edge second-gen 3 nm process with 19 billion transistors, features a 10-core CPU and 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU, delivering flagship performance with industry-leading power efficiency. It also integrates Xiaomi’s fourth-gen ISP and a 6-core NPU offering 44 TOPS for advanced AI processing. Launching first in domestic China with Xiaomi 15S Pro and Pad 7 Ultra.
Xiaomi XRING T1 is Xiaomi’s first 4G smartwatch chip with a self-developed 4G baseband, marking a key milestone in its chip development journey. It supports eSIM for independent communication and delivers industry-leading battery efficiency. Backed by 7,000+ lab tests and over a year of real-world tuning across 100+ cities, the chip improves 4G performance by 35% over competitors, while reducing power consumption for voice and data. It also enables features like customizable watch faces, remote camera preview, and smartphone-free control of Xiaomi vehicles. Xiaomi XRING T1 will be introduced in the new Xiaomi Watch S4 15th Anniversary Version.
