HiBy R3Pro II Product Update
Since the launch of the HiBy R3Pro II, the product has garnered tremendous attention and achieved outstanding sales. We are truly delighted and sincerely thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm.
Due to the overwhelming demand, the Silver and Black editions, which feature a matte-finish back panel, are currently sold out. In addition, supply constraints for the matte-finish back panel materials are expected to result in a prolonged shortage of these two colorways.
To address this, we are now preparing new Ultrasuede®-backed Silver and Black editions, which are expected to become available around mid-July. If you are a fan of these colorways, we kindly ask for your patience.
For customers who have already placed orders for the original Silver or Black editions, please rest assured — our customer service team will follow up with you via email regarding your orders.
In the meantime, if you are interested in the Ultrasuede®-backed Orange and Green editions, you may place your orders with confidence!
We expect to complete shipping for all pre-orders within this week.
Once again, thank you for your enthusiastic support.
